Bicycles/Motorbikes/Mopeds

Bicycles and motorbikes/mopeds are permitted, provided they are kept in designated areas on campus.

Traditional bicycles are permitted, provided they are stored in the designated bike racks on campus. Bicycles may be stored inside a student’s assigned campus housing (as long as they are not electric bicycles); however, it must not impede proper egress. Any bicycles found stored in other areas, including secured to railings or other fixtures, will be removed. Bikes left behind after the closure of campus housing for the spring semester will be considered abandoned property.

Electric bicycles are not permitted inside University buildings.

Motorbikes/mopeds must have a parking permit and be parked according to Campus Safety Parking Guidelines.
